Summer VBS '25

July 22-24, 2025

Summer VBS is a fun and engaging program for kids, PreK-5th grade. The theme for VBS '25 is "Live It Out", which is all about putting faith into action and learning to love like Jesus. Through powerful Bible stories, worship, and engaging camp-style activities, kids will discover how to pray, forgive, serve, and show kindness—not just talk about their faith, but live it out every day.

No, Summer Jam is completely free!

Summer VBS is geared towards kids PreK-5th grade. We will be accepting 4 year olds again in Summer 2025!

We receive many snack donations specifically for this event. If your child is attending Burlington or Union, they will receive a snack each day. If your child is attending Campbell County, a light dinner will be provided each day.

However, if your child has a food allergy, we ask that you please provide a snack for them each day.

Absolutely! We do prefer that our volunteers be at least 11 years old. Volunteers 18 and older are required to go through a background check.

First Church has a dedicated Safety Team that will be on each campus for the duration of the program to help ensure that our children are cared for well.
